• Wishlist and drop-waitlist entries tied to your account or email.
• Custom-request submissions (your design brief, reference photos, optional voice note, and contact details).
• Basic device and log data (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and analytics.

• To fulfill and ship orders, and to answer customer support requests.
• To review your photos and voice note when preparing a custom jewelry quote.
• To notify you about drops, waitlists, and rewards you opted into.
• To send optional saved-bag reminders and available offers. Turn these off in your bag or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Purchasing or emptying the bag stops its reminders.
• To send optional saved-piece sale alerts and weekly house offers. Manage these separately in your account or Offers & Rewards. The unsubscribe link in an email stops marketing across these lists.
• To improve the site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — Stripe handles all card data under PCI-DSS. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can clear cookies at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store (payments, shipping, email delivery, hosting), or when required by law.
