Every PlugsPlus piece is made to order in your chosen size, material, and stone. For hygiene reasons and because each pair is custom-made, all sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Received a damaged or incorrect order? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement (replacement only, not a refund).
